Acer interchangeable display and lcd

I have an acer 7250 series and an acer E1-731-4699. I recently cracked the screen on my working model which is the newer E1 version. Id like to know if i can replace it with the screen & lcd from the 7250 series?

Any answers would be most welcome since I'm by no means a computer tech.

same pin connector, resolution & dimensions so should be ok to do screen transplant.
