acer isnt charging

i plug in the charger and the little orange dot doesnt appear on the charger it shows the green dot my computer is fully dead and idk wat to do

so your computer wont turn on then?try removing the battery and turn the laptop on with the charger connected.or try another charger.might be a damage charger,.

it isnt the cherger i tried. to do it with another charger still doesnt work it might be the computr can i do anything because on the charger it shows that the charger is working but when i connect it the computer doesnt want to charge
