Acer laptop 4630 wont start pls help

I have a acer 4630 laptop wont start it came loaded with windows vista installed all i have is a backup disc any ideas what to try to get laptop to start was loading cd and after it ending copying saw the blue screen hasnt worked since

If under warranty back to dealer, let them reinstall Windows if they didn't give you a Windows disc.
