The red battery light is continuously flashing, what could the probkem be?

does system work on ac or battery alone last one could be gone or discharge .

Works on ac, or battery, red light keeps flashing while still plugged into mains.

could you have the battery test she could be out or system is not charging her then this is a internal issue .
