Question ACER NITRO 5 AN515-55-56R2 Black Screen that's connected to Refresh Rate?

Hi,
I am having this problem. I am not sure if this is because of Windows 11 or Refresh Rate.
Laptop works fine but the display on my laptop is broken.
It looks like it tries to show the screen only at the top portion of the laptop.
Everything shows fine in my external monitor.

That looks like a broken screen. Have you tried starting it in safe mode to see if it works then?
