Solved! acer predator helios 300 Fan running even when shutdown !!

Hi My acer predator helios 300 Fans keep running even when i shut down my laptop, when i shutting down my laptop after a few seconds fans start running at max speed , but when i plug charger it will stop , and when i press battery rest (pin hole ) it will stop too ...!! can anyone help me !?!!

I updated My Bios .
tried rest battery .
but sill nothing

My laptop spec :

- Intel Core i7 (7th Gen) 7700HQ / 2.8 GHz
8 GB DDR4
GTX 1050 Ti

If it is powered off, it shouldn't be getting any power to the fan. So are you completely turning off the power, or are you just putting the device to sleep or hibernate? Which is shut down. Shutting it down = no power.

No I completely shut down my laptop ,, but still same thing??

Fast Startup might be stopping it from doing a full shutdown, but even then, the fan shouldn't spin. That sounds like an EC firmware/BIOS problem.

I disabled fast startup and enabled again but not fix !! and already updated last version of bios

Leave Fast Startup disabled. And yes, you updated, but there could be a bug with the firmware. Have you tried contacting Acer support about it?

not yet , how can i contacting them i'm in iraq ? will they answer me in the web ?
