Acer reboot programs

Hello,
i have an acer 5535 that wont boot up at all and alt f10 doent work i cant even get to the start menu what can i do without a cd?

Have you tried getting into Windows Safe Mode -- keep pressing F8 after machine boots.

yes ive tried everything

Can you get into the BIOS screens ? See manual for which key to press as the machine powers up -- it may be F2 or Del. See if the hard drive is recognised in the BIOS -- if not may mean new hard drive.

it says hard drive password frozen to install windows installation disc
