Acer software issue

I tried to reset my Acer back to factory settings, but the laptop will only install 35 out 48. Can this be fixed.

i think alot of people would agree: unless you REALLY, REALLY want the Acer software (a.k.a. 'BloatWare') then just download a Windows .iso image (no, i'm not talking about pirating, Microsoft gives out the image without a key, just have to find it), burn it to a disc, and use your product key on the back of the machine, or if it's windows 8, then the key should be detected from the BIOS (that's my understanding of the windows 8 product key weirdness anyway)
