Acer support drivers

Hello. In Yahoo Messenger 11, I get a black screen when I turn on the webcam. Audio and Video set-up is correct. The Crystal Eye Camera was detected and I see my image. But when I open the webcam on Yahoo Messenger, I see a black screen. I use an Acer Aspire 5910 laptop, operating system Windows Vista Ultimate. Thank you.

That camera could be broken.
have you test using the windows vista webcam software?
