Acer V3 not powering up

I changed the screen in my laptop and after connecting the new screen I powered up to check it worked, it was fine so I powered down, put everything back together. Then the lsptop failed to start. NO power, no lights. I checked connections and tried draining the power etc.
I left it over night and this morning the lights have come in but when I press the power button the lights come in but that's it. No sounds or signs of After 4 seconds the light goes off.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First I would suggest opening the laptop again and make sure that all the cables are properly inserted specially the ribbon cables.
- Next if it will still not work, please do also try to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure it's seated properly.
- If all these will not work I would suggest trying a different AC adapter as well.
