Acoustic Audio AA5101 450Watt. is it any any good?

i just ordered AA5101 Home Theater surround 5.1 and i want to know if they are any good? its original price was 140$ and it has limited offer so i got it for 40$.

You get what you pay for. If you wind up liking it, you've gotten a deal. If not, you probably have nowhere to turn. I haven't yet found a website for them, but they are sold as low-end systems just about everywhere -- Best Buy, Amazon, NewEgg, etc.

My guess is that they are from china, and are made from minimal components. But they may sound fine. The ratings are likely inflated, but then again, most audio components are oversold,anyway. I still have a 20 watt per channel stereo that does everything I need, and more.
