Solved! Adapter: razor 15 to alienware 13

I want to use my old razor 15 laptop ac adapter to my work's alienware 13. I know I'll need a connector to fit alienware laptop. What I don't know is the voltage, watt spec is compatible. Here's the spec:

Alienware:
power watt: 130w
PIN Size: 7.4MM*5.0MM Central Pin
Input: 100-240V, 2A, 50-60Hz
Output: 19.5V 6.7A

Razor:
Input: AC 100-240V, 50-60Hz
Output: DC 19V 7.9A
Connecter size: 5.5/2.5mm
Power: 150W
