Question adding programs to VM

I have a Virtual Box VM running windows Xp. it works but now i cant figure out how to get my iso files from host computer to VM. Ive set up shared folders and all. And i cant get internet to work in my VM. im on a Lenovo Yoga7i

You still need to load the drivers for the VM session to work, or has the internet worked before and broke?

I finally got XP to work on my virtual machine and I was able to add the extension to add things on so I got my programs that I wanted in there and I've got my global tis loaded but I still don't have the internet. I believe my current setting is set for a bridge.
