Adds keep popping when i enter torrent sites.

Lately,adds like slutroullete.com,greek-visitors.com,keep popping when i enter sites like tpb,kickasstorrents etc.Any thoughts guys of how can i disable them.I already have adblock,but with those adds, it doesnt work.
