Adjust Battery charging speed/rate of my Notebook!?

Hi all,

my question is, if it is possible to adjust the charging speed?
On my Caravan Energy level is often getting low, and my Solar Panel doesn´t provide enough in a period. If I could slow down the charging process I could load a little and work.. Because as soon as I connect an not fully charged Battery, it sucks too much from my old Car Batteries.

I´ve been googleing around a while and nobody seems to have the same issue like me...

ok, thx I´ll try that. But actually I´m looking for some kind of Software solution, so that I can adjust personally how much is loaded while working. Or even more helpful, when the netbook is turned off, loading just very slowy so that my old car batteries can recharge it.
When I plug in it consumes so much energy that the Voltage runs down. than i have to unplug it and a few minutes later I can charge again for a period.
