administrative password problem

Dell reset my administrative password back to factory settings and now, every time an app comes up asking, if i want it to have permission to do something i have to click o because i don't know what the password is. Also when i tried to reset the administrative password i can't because it wants the password dell set for it and i don't know what that is. How do i fix this problem.
