Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 issue.

Hello all. My mom is having issues with Adobe Digital Edition. Basically, she accidentally set her birth year to 2017 during the create account phase, Adobe of course rejected that, and now she in unable to sign into the account she was trying to create. She also can't seem to make a new account, since whenever she clicks the create account thingy in adobe digital, it just tells her that her account in invalid.

Soooo, how can she either create a new account, or fix the account she was trying to create?
