ADOBE elements 11 removal ?

Hello, i am trying to install elements 11 but whenever i click on set up the box that appears tells me to install/uninstall in the root folder ? ive tried to remove manually everything from elements 11 , and have done so except the files in program data. whenever i try to delete , it says that i need permission to perform this action ??? any help would be appreciated..... thanks... p.s i am on windows 7 32 bit.

Have you tried uninstalling as an administrator?
