adobe premiere pro cs6 problems

so for some reason everytime i try to add a video to the timeline it automatically zooms in alot. my zoom is at 100% so i dont really know whats wrong

What is the resolution, 1920x1080 for example, of the video you are adding? Does this happen regardless of the video resolution? I have Premiere Pro CS6 and will try to help you find a solution. I moved the thread here since it is a software related question.
