Adobe Window is on my desktop and I cannot close it, or do anything with it for that matter

Adobe Reader Updater is in the middle of my desktop but I cannot do anything with it. I cannot close it, cannot open "details", cannot minimise it. It's just stuck there.

restart the pc...or unistall it...
