Hi,
I've been looking around for a cheap laptop that I can take to school and be able to sit there all day without having it charging. I originally was looking for something around $200, maybe $300 max, but then ran into this ASUS (https
/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834234652). It's got great reviews, and it apparently has great battery life as well as performance.
I then was looking at the same model, but with the Celeron processor instead of Pentium. I just was wondering how much of a hit on performance there would be going with a Celeron? I can save $150 by getting that model, but I am a bit worried about how long applications will take to load, and how much multitasking I'll be able to do (I want to be able to have Word open, as well as several internet tabs simultaneously).
Advise on that would be appreciated, or else if you have any other laptop suggestions, I am open to hearing them as well. Thank you.
Edit: I forgot to post the link to the ASUS when I first wrote this. Sorry, noob move: https
