AE Twixtor plugin help!

I need help! I've been looking at youtube vids and stuff!

But it wont be smooth!

If you know how to fix this please help! :/ I've done excactly as some youtubers have done and it's smooth for them

The Twixtor plugin is not required to play Youtube or indeed any Flash videos.
It has no connection with Flash content, except maybe to cause problems with it.
Worth putting to the test. Uninstall it and see if it helps.
