After 8.0 update volume very low on Ring App

After 8.0 update on my Samsung 8plus the volume for my Ring camera app is way low and can't make it louder. Also the tab in the Ring app that allows you to change the Ring sounds is gone....Anyone else have this problem? Called Ring and they can't figure it out.

You may want to try and uninstall that app, reboot the phone and then reinstall the app. If that doesn't resolve it, and no other items on the phone are effected, then the app is the problem. They will have to look into a fix.

Thank you, I tried that and the problem is still there. I'll have to call Ring again. There is one other problem I noticed - it keeps switching my ringtone to "silent" - I'll change it to a tone and within an hour it switches back to silent? I guess I'll go to Verizon to see what's up with that.
