After Android system update my LG K7 phone won't turn back on

I did the Android system update offered by my carrier. Once it was complete, it turned off and will not turn back on. I have removed the battery and then put it back in the phone. (My battery was full before the update). I have also put the phone back on the charger, but it is dead. Help!

Are you sure the update actually came from the carrier? There are nasty little programs and viruses that get sent out claiming to be from the carrier. I would check with your carrier to see if it actually came from them.

If it did or didn't (either way) the phone is still not working, so if it is still under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer.
