After deleting GPU driver (DDU), Dell Laptop shuts off after 5 seconds

Hello guys, i have a problem with my Dell Insipron N5010 laptop. I tried to clean GPU drivers because my laptop was working like shit. I used DDU and anything was fine, but after that, my laptop keep shuting off after 5-10 seconds. In some cases, i am able to enter windows but i have enormous lag...

Specs
Dell Inspiron N5010 with
Intel Pentium P6200 2.13ghz
2gb ram ddr3
AMD HD5000 series
Hyperx 120gb ssd
Thermal paste changed last year
Windows 10 32 bit

Laptop worked before DDU! Hope you can help me...

Yes....anything that i made was useless cuz the laptop still shuts down after 5 secs


I fixed it removing the bios battery for ~10 mins.
