Audio to home theatre no longer working after new xfinity cable service installed.

Where the audio originates from? Can you move that optical cable to XFinity box?

Check the TV audio set up menu. Previous setting may have been changed.
Check the audio settings on the cable box if you don't have the HTS connected to the TV but to the box.
