Alcatel one touch

I can't update or install any apps. I keep getting error messages:;. Not enough storage space. I literally only have 3 apps downloaded.
1-Google play store
2-Google play services
3-Google play games
I cleared the cache in all 3,. and i uninstalled the updates (back to the factory versions.).
Still have no storage space.
Can someone please help me fix this issue.
