Alienware 14 R1 Motherboard Replacement

I got a Alienware14 R1 from a friend and the laptop repair guy said the board was toast. Can anyone give me some links to any supplier that may have a board? I'm in Canada and having a hard time tracking one down. Thanks

Dell Alienware 14 R1 Motherboard CN-02KVD5 LA-9201P W/ GT765M 2GB GPU
But also would a R3 board fit and work in my R1?

Im not sure if a R3 board will fit and work in a R1. Hard to find out.

Well, I don't recall the original post asking about R3 boards until you edited it, LOL.
I wonder if the idiots at Dell would know if they can be used in an R1.
