Alienware 17 R3 (skylake 2016 build)

So I had a Alienware laptop and I wanted to fix the screen since It was damaged because something, so could I swap the screen for a 4K monitor ? Or could anyone suggest me a replacement for the normal 1920 X 1080p monitor? Really appreciate the help since I don't really like looking 2-5 hr on a damaged screen

You could probably swap the screen for any type of monitor, as long as it has the correct connection from the laptop to the Monitor/Display.

Other than that, I'm guessing your laptop is quite new, you could contact the manufacturers to see if they can replace the screen, although it may cost quite a bit.
