alienware control center error help please

I'm getting an ANNOYING error for my alienware laptop boughbt in 2009. M15x. It keeps saying the error message below when i try to open alienware control center.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

And i can't get the lights to turn on. I tried re installing windows 7, no luck.. tried correctly installing net framework 4 no luck, reinstalled the ACC, no luck again. Bleh. help please? thanks

When u reinstall windows 7 did u wipe ur hdd off from any old data?Did u install the ACC before u install the drivers?ACC must be installed last.u need to install the drivers for ur AW first.

U sure u install the drivers first before the acc.cause this.happen to my old m17x r2.the only way i can get it to work is installing drivers before acc

People tend to get prob with drivers from.dell website as sometimes it appears to be.outdated.i will search.for the.drivers manually.this is also.how.i get it to work.

Thanks for the quick replies too, this error pops up at the start of windows and when it's being shut down, basically whenever acc starts and shuts down that message appears and no lights option

No.problem since i.use.to.have these errors to.just search drivers from google.
