Alienware M15x: Which parts would be recommended for upgrading?

Hello, Im trying to see if I can engage in a small project of upgrading my Alienware M15x. I love this laptop and it has served me well, but know I can see it is nearing its age and would like to see If I can upgrade its components.

Windows 7 x64bit
Processor: Intel (R) Core (tm) i7 CPU Q740 @1.73GHz 1.73GHz
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5800
RAM: 6.00 Gb

Seems you can change out the video card pretty easily http/www.tomsguide.com/answers/id-2045266/upgrade-alienware-m15x-graphics-card.html

If you do a web search you may find some info abou the CPU and if that can be swapped out also.
