Alienware M18X won't turn on

computer shut off on its own. won't restart. done the reset with battery out and a/c unplugged, didn't help. All threads i've seen similar say that the a/c plug goes out when plugged up to computer. Mine stays lit up. Nothing comes on. no lights, no fans, nothing.

I had a same issue with my Alienware 18 and it was the motherboard.
