Alienware Stuttering Problem

I have a stuttering problem such as the one in this youtube every 5 minutes while watching videos.

After countless hours of digging thru google for a fix, all the ideas such as getting rid of McAfee, updating drivers, etc, didn't work or change it in any way.

First, haven't you notice that their has been a lot of flash update : I'm pretty sure it has issues right now because I have same problem.
Second, Youtube is kind of buggy and sluggish these days so I would not worry about your build if everything else work fine. When it freeze, look at the buffering. I'm pretty sure it stuck.

Do you think flash is causing it?

Flash definitely could. If you watch a wmp/mp4 or similar video file do you still notice the issue?

It happens when i stream stuff online OR use VLC to watch local HD stuff.
