Solved! Aliminium laptop is blinking, and work only without bottom shell

I have three year old laptop Mi Xiaomi Air 13.3. A few weeks ago my laptop kinda stop working. Right know it shows black screen with enabled power light and sometimes screen is blinking.
BUT when I removed bottom part of shell, my laptop started to work as usually. When I'm putting on enabled laptop this part of shell back then it's working until first reboot or turn over.
So i can turn on laptop only if bottom part of it is removed.
I had the theory what it could be lack of isolation, so I tried to improve isolated by sticky tape. But it's not helped. And right now I have no idea what's going on with my laptop. I would be very grateful for any theories.

If it works without the bottom part, it's likely that something is touching an internal component when it's on. Need to check it over and see how it lines up.
