toshiba satellite laptop when turn on, then open automatically boot screen. how can i fixed this isue.

Need more details here, what boot screen are you talking about exactly? Selecting the OS if you have dual boot? Looking for a boot device? Need details, along with anything that happened before the issue. Some people leave out details like "laptop had water spilled on it" or "computer fell" till several posts in.
