So today I went on my Reddit account which I haven't been on for over 2 years. I checked my profile and I saw a weird post which I didn't post, it was about religion. It had been removed by Reddit 2 years ago as well. I went to check the devices which are signed in and it says there is a device signed in which last went on my Reddit account 8 days ago, the device is in a different country and this immediatley made me think the Reddit account got hacked. Anyways, there was tons of upvotes on things which I can certainly say I didn't upvote. Anyways I checked my gmail to see that there was a password reset for the account on the 21st of April then on the 27th of April it said a new device had been detected logging in from a new location. The thing is, 8 days ago was the 25th of April and the New Login notification was on the 27th of April. I am confused, is my gmail hacked or what has been hacked. Please can someone tell me before I create a new gmail and delete my current one.

You should secure your Google's account first: search for "google account security checkup", making sure not to click on ads or a link that is suspicious. You should enable 2FAs, also grabbing the recovery codes. If in doubt, change the password, signing out on all other devices/apps.

For Reddit, you already know it, you account has been hacked and is most likely being used by other parties. Change your password, add 2FA, grab the recovery codes, and monitor account access via: search for "reddit Recent activity on your account", while making sure not to click on ads.

I was there to delete the Reddit account anyways and I was supicious as it seems like they hadn't done anything in it other than upvote some stuff. It shows they logged in on an Android too, maybe they signed up with same username.

Reddit does not allow you to "re-use" an already registered username. You should reset the password on this account immediately, if not sooner, and implement 2FA as well.

Same for your Google account, reset the password (complex) and enable 2FA.
