I have a boost phone and have boost service ,want to activated a old boost phone and their given me a run around say that there investigate and help that has happened on a minate phone talking to them cut I offv3times spend over 2hrs and was awaste time boost phone company is about to lose this family plan going to find a better one if some one can help

If you can't activate it yourselves thru boost website, then it have to thru the customer service call or chat.
