After the latest updated Amazon Video App showed up on my screen, it keeps activating my Samsung smart TV screensaver every 5 minutes when watching anything on Prime Video. I went into my TV's settings and shut off the screensaver but it still happens.
I tried turning off the TV, unplugging it, waiting 5 minutes, and then plugging it back in and restarting the TV but it did not work. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this.
If this happened on the built in apps on the Samsung TV, contact Samsung support or check their forums. Of course they are likely to tell you it's the Amazon app fault and to contact Amazon support, who will tell you it's an issue on the TV, who will tell you it's an issue with Amazon who will tell you it's on the TV... so be ready to go through that headache.
