I have a old Dynex Combo TV Model DXLDVD22-10A and it comes with a HDMI port. Thought my Amazon Fire Stick would work but nothing. Then I see it must be HDCP compliant. How do i find that out, nothing in manual spells that out. :(

Solution
Any HDMI Input on a TV will be HDCP compliant ( a computer monitor might not be).
The output of the stick may be higher resolution than the TV (the stick is supposed to adjust the output to the TV). You can try using a different TV (that checks that the stick works at all) and then manually set the output to 720p
The stick gets power from your HDMI input so maybe that isn't working.
