I think that's a bad idea since many high street retailers are wanting to get their consumers online and Amazon is moving in the wrong direction. Anyway it's in NYC, so it will probably be profitable.

I think the appeal would be in the same-day delivery and pick-up options that this would offer, as well as the chance to test Amazon products in person. But yeah, an NYC store at a prime location like that would get a lot of foot traffic at the very least.
