Using the Amazon Prime Video player on Chrome causes my screen to go grey and computer become unresponsive so the only solution is to force restart. This error has not occurred before but occurred twice during one episode of The X-Files last week. I thought that it was a bit odd so I updated all my drivers. I hadn't used Amazon Prime since then and it hasn't crashed. Today I was watching another episode over lunch and my computer crashed within the first 8 minutes.
Although I'm not 100% certain this is the cause, it seems like the only cause at the moment.
Specs:
-Asus motherboard
-3rd gen i7 CPU
-750Ti GPU
-8GB RAM
-BenQ RL2455HM Monitor
If anyone else has had this problem in the past or could suggest any solutions to this problem that would be great,
Jack
