Amber light in my Dell E5470

I actually got a problem with my E5470.
The laptop can't turning on without charger (it shows the Amber light). I tried this charger on another laptop and it works perfect. I already updated the BIOS, I removed his battery to eliminate the residual current, I changed the socket, I uninstalled and installed the battery drivers and nothing has worked. Do you think it necessary to change the battery?
