So I have been researching laptops and looking up laptops that are affordable but can play games in low to medium settings. So I have been doing research on the CPU a lot and I have read that I should get an A10 CPU since it comes with a way better graphics card than Intelsat HD4000 graphics card.I was just wondering if this is true.

The A-10 is a good choice for gaming laptop, but you can't play games with ultra graphics. You can play GTA 4 with custom settings and maximum resolution, the main problem of this laptop is the heat it generate. You have to use a cooling pad. The battery backup of this laptop is good, you can get maximum 3+ hours of battery backup on normal use and 1+ hours in gaming.

You can find this laptop at lower price from other trading sites

you probably need to read what i've wrote.

an A10 (desktop) can game (boarder-line) at 1080p with medium to low settings. An a10 laptop has a little less juice, and struggles mightily over 1600x900, though generally can tear up anything at 1366x768. Sure, some "gaming" laptops can manage 1080p, though you're exaggerating the situation a bit. The "best" laptop gpu is either a GTX 880m or HD 8970m; and both of those hover around the performance of a gtx660 or HD 7870 at 1080p.

Now both of those are capable gpus at 1080p... but they certainly won't max challenging games at that setting; and if they won't max challenging games on their highest settings in 1080p, then there is no way a 850M will do it. To game with maxed settings in 1080p on a laptop you probably need an SLi setup to pull it off.

sounds like bad drivers... try re-installing all your AMD/chipset and graphic drivers, clean install of th graphic drivers. (uninstall them, restart the computer, install the NEWEST available)

But I've been playing all my games in 1366x768 and still have the very horrible lag, this is even on the lowest settings! And how do I get rid of all the old drivers and install the new ones?
