Amd and realtek audio confliction error need help

Hi i just recently installed myself a new motherboard and cpu along with a custom case, my audio driver keeps crashing and stopping i plug in my head phones and they refuse to be picked up by either the front ports or the back ports and some help would be greatly appreciated i installed a msi 970 gaming motherboard

Did you do a clean install of windows if its new, not swap a hdd from an old system?

No i just installed the motherboard and cpu unistalled intel drivers and reinstalled amd drivers

How do i do that im kind of new to this

Put the windows dvd in go into the BIOS change the bootdisk to dvd, save settings. Reboot. Press a key when it says to. Follow what it says onscreen

Is there any othere way i dont have a windows boot disk When i disable realtek audio it allows me to put the sound straight through my tv but thats it

Nope you need one. Borrow one if you have to but it has to be the same version
