Hello,
I just bought an Asrock 880GM-LE mobo w/ built-in UCC(Unlock CPU Core) feature and paired it w/ an Athlon II X3 440 procie. When I enabled the UCC feature I was able to unlock the 4th core. Problem is, the display goes nuts and the system eventually crashes! Any advice?

Classic symptom of a bad core. Often times the OS won't even load when a bad core is unlocked and other times it will load the OS, but then have display problem. Lock it back up and maybe overclock it a bit if you have good cooling.

I'm not sure what UCC is, but the best path to unlocking a core is to enter the BIOS and enable ACC.

If *All Cores* is unsuccessful you may then attempt to adjust each individual core.
