AMD-V not found in bios

hello im currently trying to enable AMD virtualization but i cant seem find it in the bios, and its not in the windows features, i have a toshiba sattelite c55dt-a5244, and in my task manager hyper v is supported but virtualization isnt enabled, my command prompt says its disabled as well but i dont know how to enable it, i have amd a4-5000 apu series with 16GB hyper x RAM (dont know if that matters), my OS is windows 8.0, when i go into the bios there is no advanced settings to enable amd-v
