Can any one suggest any free book maker for android which can take MS word files and convert them into an android app for reading the same in an android phone or tablet.

Oh, I thought from the title that you meant something to take bets. There are viewers for MS Word for Android. Or you could get a free Windows plugin to convert the Word document to PDF format. The built-in Library reader in Android can show you PDF files.
