Android box troubleshoot

Android disconnect like piwer off. It went to screen that says ANDROID. I cant seem to be able to get anywhere, as if its froze. Ive unplugged an started over yet ti get same screen with android. No sound no anything. Can anyone help

Try to powoer up while holding down teh VolumeUp button and when the menu shows up, use the Volume keys to scroll up and down and the power button to make your choice.

Hopefully, the choice of Wipe Caché will release the confusion in the system.
