Android malware unable to remove

So the tablet is a samsung galaxy tab s, and my stepmom was installing some software or something. when i came home she said there was a problem with the tablet, i took a look just to find out she got infected by malware, the app shows up as "Adult Player". when i open apps i shows up as an overlay, and when you try to remove it, it needs you to remove the app's admin rights, but when i go to disable admin rights for the app it just starts the app and the pop-up happens again, so i am unable to uninstall, i tries using avast ransomware removal but it didnt work, please help
