Solved! Antivitus not installing

Hello ! I am running windows 8.1 pro (32bit) on my 2.7 dual core processor with 3gb ram & 250gb hard drive. When I try to install any kind of antivirus program then monitor goes off and a blue screen appears saying “Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart……..DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (ndis.sys) and a scan is starts and ends in 100%. Then after restart the antivirus program was installed but not running. And the main problem is when I trying to connect the internet it always goes off and the same blue screen appears with scan. I’ve stucked with this & badly in need to get rid of this. Can you please help me ?

ndis.sys is network related.

Download the applicable network adapter card drivers via the manufacturer's website.

Reinstall and reconfigure.
